The Candidate: Why Douglas Holbrook?

Given the array of problems currently facing our city...one candidate, DOUGLAS HOLBROOK, offers solutions drawn from experience in various fields: DOUGLAS HOLBROOK is a litigation attorney with Holbrook & Bloomfield, a Member of the State Bar of California since 1980, and a former member of the Attorney General's Task Force on Consumer Protection and the San Diego Crime Commission. He combines the skills of effective advocacy with the ability to encourage conciliation and cooperation.
DOUGLAS HOLBROOK is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Tierrasanta Community Council and the Faculty Senate of the San Diego Community Colleges. In addition, he is listed in Who's Who in California and Who's Who in American Law, all of which reflect his commitment and sensitivity to issues affecting the public interest. DOUGLAS HOLBROOK was previously featured on "Radio America" as an on-air host of the nationally syndicated program, "Perspectives", and locally, as host of the weekly legal advice talk-show, "Legally Speaking", and recognized for his ability to quickly identify the root causes of serious problems. DOUGLAS HOLBROOK is a former faculty member in the Departments of Political Science and Business Law at numerous universities and colleges, including San Diego State University, University of San Diego and the San Diego Community Colleges.
