The Crisis: What is Happening to Our City?

Recently, two members of our own San Diego City Council were convicted of what one of their attorneys characterized as just "business as usual"! More recently, another of our public officials has come under investigation for what is hopefully not, but may ultimately turn out to be, just "business as usual". So, what do you think...is this the extent of it...or just be the tip of the ice berg?
